The defendant, Glen Martin, appeals from the judgments of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of disorderly conduct in violation of General Statutes Â§ 53a-182 and criminal violation of a protective order in violation of General Statutes Â§ 53a-110b (a). The defendant claims that (1) the trial court improperly denied his motion to dismiss for failure to grant him a speedy trial and (2) the evidence presented was not sufficient to support the jurys verdict that he was guilty of disorderly conduct. We affirm the judgments of the trial court.
